(a bit) about me

My name is Nesara (nay-sur-ah) Shree. I am a third-year undergraduate at Stanford studying Biomedical Computation (B.S.) on the Simulation track, specializing in computational neuroscience.

My academic background is incredibly interdisciplinary, spanning systems physiology and biochemistry to differential equations and deep learning. My research-driven major equips me with the skillset to approach the human brain as a system that can be modeled and interrogated computationally — ultimately toward what I see as its revolutionary applications in healthcare and AI innovation.

I strongly believe that to be able to communicate complex ideas is as important as the work itself. I pride myself on my well-documented projects, making them as engaging, clear, and reproducible as possible to extend impact beyond the lab.
